I don't think this from CBS news has been posted. American Idol: Adam Lambert triumphs, Ashthon Jones departs www.cbsnews.com/8301-31749_162-20042379-10391698.htmlI thought this line was funny. Looking strangely clean-shaven and spectacularly healthy, Lambert delivered an acoustic version of his "Aftermath". Is spectacularly healthy a new way to say HOT! Same article #teameyes.. "Its power lay in the controlled manner of Lambert's delivery and in his eyes, which, by now, have become more piercing than that of any Bond villain or blockbuster assassin, but in a good way." |

I have Aftermath Acoustic and Aftermath Remix on repeat on my Itunes. The message comes across so clearly in both renditions. IMO, the two versions belong together. In my thinking, Aftermath acoustic is needed as you come to grips with the decisions around whatever you need to change. It is encouraging, uplifting, and inspirational. Aftermath Remix is the celebration. It's the song about how it feels to be on the other side of the Aftermath. It's the celebration of remembering all the angst about how things were going to go and now being on the other side you realize it's the best thing you could have done. Burden relieved, time to party, time for crying, time for continuing to look forward. I find that I can't post during Aftermath Remix. I just want to celebrate and dance.  Oh, the kitty is back!!!   |

Actually she does. It makes me nervous that she went to see Banger Sisters twice and just smiled through the whole thing when she went with me. I think Grandma is keeping secrets we won't find out until we raid her closet when she dies. Don't worry I already said the same thing to her. ETA: My response disappeared! That was weird. Oh wait! I found it. Screwed up the damn quote thing again. So, for the second time- Lifeguard- Your grandma sounds exactly like my grandma. Are you really one of my cousins and secretly live in Michigan? I'm way too delicate to live in Michigan. That was a joke I just wish I were more Adam's PAE type but it seems I'm more the - you're gay!? You're kidding me!? Type. Sometimes that's good but sometimes it's exhausting. |
