Although these have already been alluded to, I have a couple of thoughts on Adam's upcoming months after his Japan dates in August.
His new management has been pushing hard at promo, and an area that has yet to be tapped is South America - also possibly South Africa - and maybe other areas throughout the world.
My second thought is that as he works on putting together another tour for 2013, I would like to see dancers included. There are some good songs on Trespassing that could lend to some energetic dance numbers.
Also, having dancers can "flesh out" a longer performance and give Adam a short but needed interlude between songs. I saw Queen when Freddie was in his prime, and there was a point during the performance where Freddie left the stage for a short period with the band continuing on, and then Freddie returned on stage. Even in grand opera, the lead tenor doesn't constantly sing everything for the entire opera. In short, I guess I'm hope having dancers can enable Adam to have a brief breather during his show. We saw something of that during the GNT tour.

Here is my opinion on the tour and then I am going to bed so that I can wake up early and watch and enjoy the NCOE vid before work: Adam is being purposely vague because he knows how we hang on every word and also his random thoughts (once it's out your mouth can't take it back) often get picked up in the blogs. He doesn't want to disappoint and they are really not sure what size venue yet BUT ... it IS in the works. Concepts are in the works, venues are being contacted, scale up plans are being made. They are just not telling us.  Heathcliff, good points also.  I will end my tour musings by just saying I will be shocked if Adam's tour doesn't start until summer 2013. |
