Not making any predictions, as things could go either way but just saying where it stands today NCOE has almost double the audience impression on CHR that BTIKM had at the same time in it's life cycle. It also has a presence on the Canadian CHR chart that BTIKM didn't have, with an AI there higher than any other song until you get into the top 30. In the last two weeks it had quite a few new stations give challenge/test spins. It may be some time before these stations up rotation or add but if it follows the pattern of BTIKM, many eventually will. That's because it's doing slightly better on chr, and chr is a larger format. On either format, a song needs nearly 10 million ai for sales to rise.

I think it is useful to also have some of the other data for the day as it gives more perspective of what has to be accomplished in terms of spins to crack the top 50 on CHR. (Mods please let me know if it is OK to post this info from Saga's website) I don't know if by checking later in the day the discrepancies in the HAC numbers are accounted for or if Stardust and I are checking different sources and mine is older or visa versa but clearly there is a difference in the HAC stats from the post this morning. I am a total newbie but am now driven to check these stats myself hoping for glimmers of better trends. It's therapy. JUNE 18, 2012 COMMENTS NCOE has ~260 (+2) spins on CHR, #50 on CHR right now has 333 spins.RADIO HAC 37 36 ADAM LAMBERT Never Close Our Eyes 417 409 8 1.688 +9 Spins +9 Bullet -0.035 AI C CHR 45 45 ADAM LAMBERT Never Close Our Eyes 156 158 -2 2.39 -4 Spins -6 Bullet -0.007 AI C HAC 46 43 ADAM LAMBERT Never Close Our Eyes 133 133 0 0.546 -1 Spins -5 Bullet -0.044 AI Distances to competitors (Could someone explain exactly what the numbers mean here - is it the number of spins to catch up when it is + or the number the other needs to catch up to Adam when it is -? Why if it is 142 away from Allen is there a +8? Told you I am a newbie but need to understand this stuff) 142 spins away from Allen (+8) 75 spins away from Bieber (-6) 39 spins away from Junior Doctor (+7) 37 spins ahead of P2 (-7) 127 spins ahead of Fun. (-20) That is yesterdays update.

TSP #19 this week on New Zealand Top 40 Albums Chart. (Usher debuted at #11)
NCOE #25 this week on New Zealand Top 40 Singles Chart. (Usher's single "scream" at #30)
Still out of ARIA chart top 50 this week (Australia).

How is NCOE doing in New Zealand? They were such huge supporters last era with so many singles.
I am super excited about what Adam has going on with Queen, but a little part of me wishes the timing was a bit better...

Well, it looks pretty calm in here! Why was the number's thread mentioned in the main thread like it was in some meltdown state? Things seem pretty typical and actually pretty calm for an adds day! LOL

Lol, I get that the song is #25, however, I don't live in New Zealand and I know nothing about radio there. Is #25 good at this point? Is the song moving a lot slower than Adam's previous singles? Is it being spun during the day so people can hear it?
Honestly, sorry I asked
