Honestly, I don't think NCOE fits Top 40. It is not auto tuned to the nth degree, it does not have a guest rapper, and it doesn't contain the lyrical expression, "Put your hands in the air".

I love that TP video by LambertGlowBug. I think someone should tweet it to Adam. It really makes sense of the song for people who may not "get it". I wish we could get it on Huffington Post or some other media outlet. I know people who like the rock side of Adam like this song. Yesterday, on twitter I read this tweet by a rocker chick who was saying Adam was going to fade away again (think she was referring to his absence from the music scene in 2011). She said Adam needs to release TP as a single. I responded and told her that Adam does not choose the singles, RCA does, with the help of program directors, who then do not play them anyway. Ms Rocker Chick answered back: THEN SOMEONE MAKE RCA UNDERSTAND THAT TRESPASSING WILL SLAY AS A SINGLE. From your post to the universe. Adam worked his ass off (literally) putting this album together. He did a great job. HIS work needs to be heard. At this point, maybe it's time to stop being safe and just put his songs out there. |

How great is this - and the new 1n10 drop in center for the LGBTQ youth is a few miles down the road from this venue! I have been wanting to do something for the staff, so I am going to see about tickets for them - and figure out a way to get "as many as possible" for the youth. Radio station tickets, etc. Ideas anyone? Also - as the time gets closer, I'll remind everyone that I would love to have a brunch or something for the Adamtopians who come from out of town. Just throwing this out to the universe. :-) Okay let me try that again. gracefuladam I would love to help with this and purchase some tickets for the kids to go see Adam. Should I try buying the tickets and mailing to you or can I just send you the money. Let me know cause I really would like to help. First of all - welcome diamondlil (hope someone welcomes you with the glittery stuff). Thank you sooo much for wanting to treat the youth to tickets to see Adam - let me look into this with the 1n10 director and see if this is something that would work well for them. They could offer any tickets that fans come up with as special gifts to the youth in a contest or something (there are 100s of youth). I will get back to you - and I will figure out when the tickets go on sale. Thank you again! |

Trespassing Delux was on special sale at Amazon yesterday. Sale ended Midnight cst. But if the sale had increased the numbers that would have shown yesterday and it didn't. Amazon changes every hour and is a weighted average -- weighted toward the past hour. This rise is not related to the sale price -- that ended 24 hours ago. I think it may be the Queenbert press coverage -- particularly the Bo Rhap video.
