I can't help but wonder what effect the whole Queen experience will have on Adam...how will he be able to go back to playing with his band having played with Brian and Roger... will this have an effect on the type of music he produces, the sound, the feel...

... it seems there is a love affair going on there...all of the Queenbert members seem to be in love with each other...the connection between Adam and Brian on that stage is a thing of beauty!() As someone mentioned before - there is nothing even close to this with Tommy... )

As for PR - I think many Queen fans think PR is more worthy given his own legendary background with Free/Bad Company and work with Jimmy Page and others - he's on more of the same footing than Adam who they look upon as a Reality show contestant with no real history. One step up from Joe Schmoe - I'm not quite at that level but I do understand the idea that Paul has proven himself for quite bit longer. Adam still has some things left to prove...he could though




Thanks! From my perspective it wasn't quite a home run for a few reasons. I don't know if it was nerves or what but I thought he was quite pitchy during some of the Kiev performance (I was very disappointed in The Show Must Go On for example) - I will admit that he seemed much more in tune in Moscow) I also think that Adam does not have a true rock voice. He's got GREAT range no doubt - a few too many diva runs for my taste ...But his voice can be a bit thin at times especially when singing in front of the massive sound of Queen. It's hard to explain to be honest. Mostly it's during the rockingest numbers. His ballads are superb.

Nica575, I think about this as well. There is pure magic with this collaboration. I like Adam's band and think the do a good enough job but it is no where near the level of Queen. Adam and Queen seem to bring out the best in each other!

Hi, In case people are still wanting to make a DVD, the following worked for me if you want to give it a go:

1. Download Terra's 4.1Gb files (there are 3 files)

2. Extract the files using winRAR or 7-Zip ( I used winRAR for this but 7-Zip will work also)

3. Put all 5 files to a single folder

4. Open the folder containing the 5 files in 7-Zip, highlight all 5 files, extract -> this will write a larger single 4.1GB file with MPEG2-TS format

5. I used the FREESTUDIO software (I downloaded both the "Free Video to DVD Converter" and "Free DVD Video Burner" programs) to convert the MPEG2-TS to DVD NTSC format (you can choose Higher quality conversion which resulted in 7.88GB folder. If you choose standard quality, this gives you a 4.02GB folder)

6. Open FreeDVD Video Burner program. Use browse to get to the above folder. Insert a new DVD disk to the DVD writer drive. For the 7.88GB folder, you need the DVD+R DL (double or dual layer DVD disk which can write 8.5GB 240min). For the 4.2GB folder, the normal DVD+R 4.7GB 2hr disk is ok to use.

7. Click burn

8. When finish, the processing window should say completed successfully. Another smaller error window says insert a disk which I ignored.

This worked for me and I have replayed the disk on my DVD player on TV or computer. I found the high quality convert is better but the standard is not too bad if you don't have the DL dual layer disk handy or your DVD drive doesnot support it.

Note that I did all of this on Window 7 system.
