Someone asked the other day what song featured Adam singing and Dr. May shredding -- I just had I Want It All blasting -- pretty decent example of both!
ETA: the guy in the stripped polo shirt that is singing in Kiev's Under Pressure (the one they showed twice) bugs me as much as the flailing hands in the GNT DVD.

I agree that Kiev was rocky in places, and I can forgive. Adjustments get made, comfort levels between band members improve.

Here is where I disagree - I find Freddie's voice thin-ish at times. Certainly the more organic (for lack of a better term) "rock voice" suits some songs/styles - maybe Adam's training and background gets in the way of that voice - but I feel his voice more, in all the styles he sings. Music/sound is so subjective. I quite like the runs (not all the time, but most), and the ability to change-it-up. ETA: Adam is singing and representing a new generation - different strokes for different folks. ITA with you - Freddy's voice on many if the videos is reedy to me ... |
