I totally do.not understand the nitpicking of EVERY note Adam sings? I personally just enjoy the show....the last three concerts have been beyond EPIC. Can't wait for the shows in London!! I'm just happy I don't hear every supposed "bad" note! I would hate to listen to a concert that way. Perfect is auto tune and perfect is recorded CDs. When I see a LIVE show, I want LIVE, with fuckin red Blonds jackets! ;D  :-*The RED JACKET and.............what note's???????? The one thing that I am thinking about in terms of Adam, is that this man has not had a decent break since when..before the beginning radio promos pre-Trespassing? The mere fact he is still standing, yet alone singing at this level with Queen, shows such resilience. And having the cahones to strut that Blonds Dragon Jacket just increases my admiration. You gotta know Adam is hot and dead tired, but he goes for it. Perhaps it is just me, but maybe Adam could use our support in spades instead of nitpicking about a run or a vocal. He's taken on enormity here and it only ramps higher when he leaves Queen and works his butt off again to get Trespassing moving. Methinks we've gotten spoiled.

Cassie ... I'm another one who really enjoys your comments and critiques on Adam's voice and performances, and would hate to see you stop doing them. I think your brief discussions in the daily news thread, and more in-depth discussion in the Master Class thread, is a good balance. I'm also one who hears the off-key notes, but you'll hear a complaint from me when I think I could do it better than Adam! Until then, I'm lovin' it all ... especially the Dragon Attack Jacket!

He brings a 21st century vibe - I showed some of the Moscow vids to a couple of 15 yr old girls, after they listened to the sound only. Sound only, they liked it, but with the visuals ....lol - Showed them Queen with Freddie doing the same songs - liked the sound, but weren't fans of the Freddie look :-) Of course, I don't know any male teens, so it was a biased review. All in all, preferred Adamized version. |
