So nobody knows what Adam sings when he pushed that dancer's face into his glambulge ? My curiosity is killing me !! He is just singing the song, BB! No lyrics were changed. There are uncensored versions because the US East Coast got the live feed. Really ? Oh ... LOL .They didn't know what to edit , so they muted THAT ? That's so funny !! Btw , based on all the reactions I got yesterday , and still getting today (and btw I really enjoyed you guys' reactions to the AMA's .. I wonder what are we (or the Glamberts who were stunned by the performance in 2009) gonna do the next time he performs on the AMA's . PTSD symptoms lol . We are all gonna pray and pray for the performance to be perfect , for Adam not to be mad or stressed , and , you know . Next year he'll perform on the AMA's . Yup !! |

In a Reddit AMA, performer Amanda Palmer said, "i do feel like people are yelling at each other a lot about what women wear, how they dance, and how they project themselves as performers...and men don't get half as much criticism and commentary. they get to just do s**t. that sort of bums me out."
I lifted this from a collection of 37 comments celebrities made about the Miley VMA performance. Adam's was included! I remember my reaction to the AMA performance. Disappointed, sort of embarrassed. All the hype and excitement and then he appeared on stage. First of all it was his look- not one his most attractive. The singing was awful to me. I did like the sexual imagery for the most part-Adam was definitely making a statement and moving away from the squeaky clean idol association is how I saw it. Loved the kiss with Tommy! Saw it on mountain time I think, the crotch grab with the male dancer was there but some words were bleeped. My reaction to that was oh adam- right on! My friend called me immediately called me after the performance. She kept asking "Did he fall?!" I honestly did not even notice that. Another friend commented later she felt Adam needed guidance. I was most upset with the subsequent media reaction. Such BS. FYE is my was probably my most played track in the beginning-I would have it on repeat for the half hour drive to work for days! And I still think it was his best video and should have been recognized for the art that it is.
