This is Adam's open window....He is not an instructor ,he is a paid performer.. Does Adam really have the time to let Tommy develop? That is up to Adam. He may prefer to work with someone who really gets his style and is willing to do things his way than working with someone with better skills that he is constantly butting heads with. He may believe in Tommy's raw still needs development talent enough to give him that chance. Adam is not yet at the point where he can pay top dollar for a band, especially when he cannot promise when he will be touring again and for how long. By the time he can, Tommy may be greatly improved. He is already a 1000 times better than that first concert where he had to sub for Monte on little notice and 20 times better than he was at the first Trespassing concert. I think Tommy will do everything he can to develop his skills. And as I remember, Brian May told Adam that it was extremely important to work with people that you can get along with. |

I wonder if the heavy backing track threw Adam and the band. They did WAG without one , for the most part, and seemed to do just fine with everything, including Adam's improvising!

WOW.. I bet he will have a big studio in that gorgeous place.. work and play. It would sure inspire me.. you too sybil? I remember reading that his agent/partner,put Avicii's name on busses and advertised him all over the place,before people even knew who he was. The agent thought if you think big& act big, folks will think you are big.. all in the perception.. well that and major talent...oh yes to AVICII and a smart agent. |

So why did they use a backing track? What did singers do before there were in ear monitors? Not every singer wears them now, do they? The first singer I ever noticed fidgeting with ear monitors as much as Adam does was Xtina on the most recent AMA. |

Bruno Mars gives a great show and I enjoy his performances but he likes to blend in with the band, even wearing the same outfit. They always surround him and sing with him. That would never work for Adam...not with his magnificent voice. I'll take a show like Miami with all it's problems any day just to hear him sing and see the joy on his face. What other male singer today could improv the way he did??? His voice is the most beautiful sound I've ever heard.
IMO Adam will add to his band in 2014 giving it a fuller, richer sound when he tours his new music. And, yes, I am confident Adam will tour with his new music and with Queen.
2014 will be a banner year for Adam and I can barely wait!!!! ILHSM.
