Seeing as we have about 12 more episodes to air this season, that would be immense! Or, I guess he probably would not be on EVERY episode, but interspersed throughout the rest of the season. Still, if true, this is huge. A real vote of confidence for Adam and proof that he is a draw on TV (if he didn't get lots of positive feedback from the demographics people, you can be sure he would be dropped quickly). |

I think his statement about "liking to be able to pop in and out of the episodes" is being misunderstood. He and Shosh have already confirmed he has lots to do in 2014. If appearing in a few more episodes between March and June means "the rest of season 5" then I guess they are technically correct! |

It's not his opening week though. There were no other debuts this week besides Beyonce, that I can see.

As far as I can tell, this will be confirmed on Monday. But it is not confirmed now. And he is on #9 and #10. But not every episode. This is not proof that Adam is a draw for TV because the ratings have not gone up for the show's he's been on. But I think it shows that Ryan Murphy enjoys working with him and believes he is part of the way to get the show back up in the ratings. Because as I understand it, Ryan calls the shots on Glee. With the move to Tuesday night -- away from the rating stone known as X Factor -- and off of the highly competitive Thursday night slot, Glee should organically go up in the ratings. Now if the just get rid of the High School part, the show might be interesting. *** A fun tweet! Good question. Of course, we don't know. My guess, is if the album is dance oriented, like the last one, then I think he is tying into the same 10 - 20 K people, who generated the 80K US record sales for him last time. Give or take a few thousand who have rediscovered him since (Glee, etc). But, if he truly puts out a rock album, I think that his sales will soar. I think there are a lot of people waiting for him to do more rock, and it also would create an automatic news cycle for him, if he did that. My guess, is he could probably double his sales, if he would do that. But, as always, Adam's heart needs to be into it. Btw, I have absolutely no insight and I am pulling these numbers out of thin air. Alright, same question back to you. ETA: More rock with Adam never has to mean only rock. There can be ballads, there can be a funky track, there can be cross-over into alternative music or pop, I just mean more rock centric, without boxing things too much in. My feeling is the "core" international fan base is around 25-30K. By "core" I mean people like us here, following his every move... The reason - the number of likes on his Instagrams are now around 20K with the max of around 26K... I am thinking if anyone bothers to look at it and like it - they must be a fan.How many of these peeps are in the US I have no clue... Obviously the number of "normal" fans is bigger, these are people who would be interested in his music but have no need to go BSC as we do. I know quite a few fans like that. So, I tend to agree with your estimate for the number of US fans. I don't really know if the type of music he puts out will influence the sales numbers. IMO, if he goes pop - he will loose those rock lovers, and of he goes rock he will loose the pop lovers... He will keep Adam lovers in any case (I will buy even if he goes rap or country or just records his breathing...ohhhhh ..on the second though I am all for the "breathing" album  ). |
