I can't even guess on when there will be single because we know nothing.
But assuming that he now has a label deal -- I think the decision has been made. And that he has a lot of demos done. Then here is my dream schedule:
March 2014 Adam new track online (track #1, not a single, but a teaser to generate buzz).
Adam does another VH1 special performance show.
April 2014 New single released (track #2), push to HAC and CHR/Pop radio, Adam returns to Idol and performs single.
April-May 2014 Queenbert does something. (Assuming Brian is OK, 6 concerts US + Japan)
May 18, 2014: Adam performs on The 2014 Billboard Music Awards
May - August 2014 Adam promo heats up. Adam is lot of places. Radio promo concerts.
Summer 2014 Second single released when needed.
Late August 2014 A3 global release.
August 24, 2014 Adam performs new song on the Video Music Awards.
September 2014 Adam returns to Glee for a 1 show guest appearance.
October 2014 - A3 Worldwide Tour
November 2014 Adam performs on The 42nd Anniversary American Music Awards.
