I'm not sure if it's tribal or not, but those wristbands during GNT allowed me to meet many wonderful people from this forum--people with whom I still share rides, rooms, meals, etc. Some folks will be newbies at these concerts, and I want to give them a chance to connect. Obviously, this is totally voluntary. It is helpful to me to be able to see at a glance if someone is from the board, especially if they look familiar and I can't remember their "real life" name. So, 1/2 inch to 1 inch wide DAY-GLO green one loop lapel ribbons it is for those who choose to participate, which I hope many will.Looking forward to seeing ATOP "friends" and meet new toppers this summer. Because this is my first Adam concert, I think this is a great idea. Looking forward to meeting those going to the Forum and LV!!! So exciting and I can hardly wait.

Nica, sure thing. I just suggested size for OCD folks, so people don't feel they have to wear a Miss America sash or green bow-tie. I suggested Day-glo for ease of recognition. Another benefit, people will ask about the ribbons and it's a nice way to introduce them to Adamtopia. So just a loop people, and we'll find each other. Buders, squeeing (discreetly?) is part of the joy. One loop..like this...right?

(I think any green ribbon should be fine - I'm not likely to go to a craft store in search of neon (day-glo?) ribbon, but I'm sure I could find a hunk of green Christmas ribbon..haha!)

Wonderful idea! This will be my first-ever Adam concert and I love the idea of having a way to recognize other people from Adamtopia - and this is easily doable by everyone. Thanks for coming up with this idea, ljsmack! - count me in!

I think we'd better talk to you BEFORE the show, because you probably won't be making much sense AFTER the show.

Green ribbon is great - I can probably concoct something at home, but looking for a DAY-GLO thingy of specific width is too much for me frankly... Can we simplify and just go for any green ribbon? I bet if you're a Seahawk's fan, that colour green would be somewhat easy to find! I'm sure if anyone spotted any sort of green ribbon pinned to a lapel that they'd get the hint. Mine might be green plaid with some sort of bedazzle clasp....I think I have all that stuff! Didn't Adam once comment about the "Glambert Community" and how happy he was with the connection between his fans and his music?
