I hope Neil is now aware of how much Michael Sarver has evolved since then. I really admire him for saying in one interview that Adam is the person who taught him the most, and also for lecturing his own fans for their hateful comments about Adam after the AMAs. I really believe that Sarver was a product of his environment, but he was open-minded enough to realize that the attitudes he was raised with were wrong. I totally agree with you Murly. I am from the same area that Michael Sarver grew up in and I KNOW how it is down here, but Michael did learn from Adam and acknowledged that. For that I give him much credit, way more than Gokey will EVER get from me. |

FYI on the idol thing. Simon never said in idol performances that Adam is the only wan who wants to win. He said that he loves this year because ever year you have people bleeting on about how winning is not important haha. And went on to say but this year with Adam and some other two, you want to make a point, and you want to win. And you could see Adam with a determination on his face nodding in agreement. Adam is just very smart when it comes to PR, back then it was all marketing he coulden't say "Oh Kris sucks I am the best singer ever, America also sucks for not realizing that". A lot has changed in 5 years it is now a transisitional period, people are more open minded and almost fickle in a way, just forget. I also don't think Adam lost idol because of his sexuality, I also think it has to do with demographic. But It also had to do with control in some aspects. The judges were force feeding Adam down peoples throats week after week, regardless if your about to eat a High Cuisene meal, you don't want to feel it forced down your throat, you want to have control, you want a choice in the matter. In the final their were just too many variables againgst Adam. Demographic, the anti climatic inevitability of Adam winning e.t.c. Kris was the under dog going in, so some just preferred that guy over Adam that is all. I feel now its been 5 years Adam has the freedom to be a bit more honest about it now that is all. And I feel considering he was only on the show Three months, he is sick and tired of people qualifying and associating him with the show, although he well always appreciate the show giving him his break, he feels the past five years have all been on his terms. I also agree these days Adam would prob win, a lot has changed in 5 years. If he was to audition I feel he would blitz the competition, but none of that matters any more. You could argue without Adam their would be no James Durban, Joshua Ledit, Jessica Sanchez, Hayley Reinhart, Pia Tosconie, heck even P2. Adam was the most relevant artist in that shows history, he was a head of the game, and even made classic songs contemporary, he was the best they had and well ever have.

Umm , guys ? Since I'm having SO MUCH free time and so little electricity , I want to draw more . I noticed that cartoons are easier to draw and faster and more fun to do , and I want some ideas  Any cute/funny moment you would like me to draw ? No it doesn't have to be Queenbert . Can be from AI , FYE , GNT , TRSP , WAG , Glee , Queenbert , interviews , photoshoots , just tell me the funniest/cutest Adam Lambert moment ever in your opinion , because I'd like to get ideas Pretty please !!!!!!!! *cute puppydog eyes* I thought his reaction when he threw the drumstick after the last show in Toronto was pretty cute. Does anyone know if he actually hit anybody? I thought to myself, "yup, Adam -- sports is not really his thing." What did his Dad say during an AI interview? -- "sports not so much." |

It's been over a month for the early venues.... #obsessedmuch It is up to the promoter and the box office management for the venue. And no, all venues do not report to Billboard. HOWEVER... We will get an excellent estimate for this tour from Pollstar. But that will be a while. |

The look on his face as he held out his arms and pulled a face was priceless!

Guys, I really don't understand why, 5 years after the fact and with all that has happened since, people are still stressing about whether or not Adam wanted to win Idol. Why does this matter now? Why aren't we looking forward to what's ahead for him? It just seems kind of late to be discussing Adam's motivations behind auditioning for Idol. But why wouldn't he have wanted to win once he realized that he had a strong chance of taking the prize (even though as things have turned out, it didn't matter that he took second place)? I doubt that today he regrets coming in as runner-up. I'll never forget that Idol introduced me to Adam, and will be forever grateful for that. But that's past history, and time to move ahead. I'm quite fond of history, myself. I love puzzles and and hunting for the piece (fact) that helps give you a better sense the picture (event). 4Msrmyn, so good to see your posts today! |
