I'd like to see blond Adam. A more mature blond Adam than in that old picture. Although he looked good in that picture too, but now that he is older it would be so much better. I have a huge thing for blonds. I had a huge crush on Legolas, when the Lord of the Rings movies came and Brad Pitt with blond hair is something I could stare at for hours. ;D And I have my own blond at home  I can imagine that blond Adam might make me totally  But him actually doing it changing his hair color to blond would surprise me a lot. So I'm not really waiting for it to happen and will continue to be happy that Adam's voice alone manages to make me love him as I'm not that into his current look. I don't have much to comment about the recent drama going on. I feel I don't know anything about what is actually going on. But what I was surprised about what I hadn't really realized before is how much fans follow other people related to Adam too, just because of the connection to Adam not because they would be huge fans of those people. I'm very new to this Twitter business and fan business. I knew that fans know and follow people in Adam's life, but I just hadn't realized before how big it is. Now I'm kind of  |

You're assuming Monte is not happy with Lisa, Gelly. What makes you think that he's just unhappy with his wife? Glad it's so obvious to you, you really think that song was to bash his wife? He must love Adam a lot.... Maybe because if I had a 30 yr old wife who didn't know how to keep what is private PRIVATE, I might be a little perturbed. Life is all about knowing when to keep your mouth shut, esp if you have no right to open it and in this case I don't think she does if our speculation is right. It's not like the bully beating up your child these are 2 grown men who would have undoubtedly worked it out without "mom" sticking her nose in. Now fuel has been added to the fire and whatever Monte does it looks like he is siding with one or the other. I think the whole thing would have gone away if we all had let it. |

THIS^^^^ Exactly! Let's face it, what happens if Madonna decides to release a new album and tour at the same time Adam does? Adults do what they have to do for their own careers, lives and families. Adam's first responsibility is to himself and he has to make the right decisions to keep his career going in an up wards trajectory. If that includes all or some of the band and dancers from the GNT is Adam's decision. If some of them don't fit in with the second era, they just don't. "Adam Lambert" is not a band! The drummer and keyboard player changed and the tour went on without a hitch. The band and the dancers are all replaceable. Adam is NOT! He is a solo artist. I don't care who shows up for Adam #2 and the accompanying tour- just so I have Adam! The complete quote was that I hope that the hunter reference was not directed at Lisa BECAUSE of how everyone on the GNT tour worked together....not that they couldn't be replaced.... My comment was in regards to the statement that the GNT "wouldn't have been the same without all the hard work from the troupe". My point was that there could have been other band members and dancers, and the GNT would have been the same because of ADAM! Others could have and would have filled in the spots, worked just as hard, and been there to help make the tour just as successful. An Adam Lambert tour has to have Adam, but other than him, the players are replaceable. |

I'm sure business is business, but it doesn't hurt old friends any less when people move along! I'm sure dreams were shared, but sometimes it doesn't work out. Adam must move along, but I didn't mean that he ever needed them business wise, this man could work with anyone he chooses! I mean real friendships, the friends that knew him before he became ADAM! He might regret losing his old friends, just hope everyone can work it out without slashing & burning! I have friends I used to hang out with almost every day who I now see once a year, one who I see once every 4 or 5 years. When I do see these friends, it is as if it was yesterday that we were together. It's what happens when you are grown up and your life takes you in different directions. Did't you ever whine in hs or college that someone didn't have time for you now that they had a girlfriend/boyfriend, new interest, etc, etc? If you say you didn't I don't believe you. I'm a guy, really girls, I'm a cool guy, not a whiny guy, but I know I felt that way. Relationships change but it doesn't mean you are burning bridges. Arrrgghhh. I must shut up and get dressed for work - ha, that's a bathing suit so I can stay a little longer. And on the Tommy fan service thing, I think Adam has moved on from that, you know less rhinestones more leather mentality, and if he does do it once or twice it will be with a wink and a nod to the audience saying, "Remember this? Fun, right?" But us regular folks know when we make new friends they are just friends, not because we're rich & famous and they'll get vicarious fame....something that I know none of us Adam fans would want for him. And I am NOT talking about Sauli! I'm talking about friends....so it's nice to have friends from before FAME! |

OK - Coming into this without much background - I don't follow Lisa P and only occasionally see her retweeted and once got linked to her blog. Can't say I had a very high opinion of her from all that... to be honest, she seemed like the kind of person who is going to be stage mom as her kids get older in order to get the reflected "glory" :  I don't at all see how her rant leads to "OMG, the band has been let go!" I don't even see any real evidence of a rift with Monte? The "not following on facebook" is based on a facebook that some fans believe is "really Adam" and my understanding is no one can actually see it directly and this is all based on "you are both following" type stuff on facebook. For that matter, even if it is true, we don't know that Monte did the unfollowing - I have my husbands passwords and could easily muck with his facebook if I were that petty. Monte still seems to be following Adam on twitter, so if he were making a statement with the unfollow on facebook, wouldn't he also do it on twitter? Is there ANYTHING other than the facebook thing that proves a break between Monte & Adam? Sorry, Monte tweets out videos to weird metal music all the time - that doesn't prove anything to me either. WarnWillis is one of the weirdest twitter people from GNT. He has always tweeted bizaar stuff that he thought was funny. We already knew HE wasn't going to Russia due to hernia surgery (that is HOW we found out about Russia in the first place). If none of the band were going, why would Warn even know about Russia? Nothing he said on twitter that I've seen screams - OMG the band is broken up. I guess I'm alone in this, but I don't feel that anything that big necessarily happened. LisaP has whined on twitter before in inapropriate ways. My guess is that she wants more reflected glory and she isn't getting it. She has recently made rather nasty comments about Adam not visiting the twins and then there is the stuff about not going to Monte's shows. I think she is jealous that Riff is getting the attention and not HER kids. If Adam came to Monte's concerts, she could be the center of attention with him. Everything we know about Monte (other than encouraging some of the BSC) has implied that he is a professional. Even L said that "He" wasn't as upset. Monte may be a little disappointed if his music isn't being considered or he isn't playing on any of the recordings for Adam #2, but I can't imagine him burning bridges and cutting off his nose to spite his face. Although Monte has toured with Madonna for years, I haven't ever heard he recorded on her music and certainly she has never used one of his songs. How is this any different? Ultimately, none of it matters. Adam is a solo artist and the backing band changes all the time for many solo artists. I hope Adam isn't hurt personally by any of this - but that's just because I'm a crazy fan who wants his life to be perfect!  (Has there been any evidence that Adam really was close freinds with Lisa? I don't think he has ever tweeted to her has he? I guess I just had the impression he was friends with Monte as a fellow musician and not necessarily friends with the 2 of them as a couple.) |

You don't NEED your friends you CHOOSE to spend time with them. Adam spends lots of time with his friends but those of you who are young and single and living life in a YEEHAW way as Adam is right now, how much time to you spend with your married friends who have 4 kids and a busy schedule themselves. Even my sister complains that I don't see them enough but with work and not much free time I don't always choose to go there and talk about mortgages, kids's playdates, and which of their friends are getting divorced. I do see them quite a bit, esp at picnics, family things, etc, and I take the kids once a month on an outing, but they are not my social life. When single people have no else to hang with they're at your front door...when a new relationship or something more exciting is going on they try to fit you in their schedule. I know because my son sent me an email telling us when he & his boyfriend are available this summer since they got a time share on Fire Island! He also told me he's flying home for a weekend because he has a wedding to go to, not if his bedroom is still available....so I know exactly what I'm talking about because of experience. BUT, he sputters, that's life. When I came home from college for weekends my parents would have to leave note on my pillow, if I even used it, to tell me things. I loved them more than life itself but I wanted to see my friends. It didn't mean I loved them less it just meant I wanted to PLAY and they understood that. It's fazes, intervals, but your friends understand that you are not leaving them behind, you are just in a different place for a while. True friends don't feel slighted. How about if Adam felt slighted if Monte didn't want to go out with him every night because he wanted to spend time with Lisa and the kids? Would we think Monte was less of a friend? No, we'd understand it had become a difference in lifestyle at the moment. All that being said, I still think it's about the 2 upcoming gigs. Bathing suit time. You're probably glad to be rid of me. |

Guys, I know that whatever it is that went down last night is creating a lot of ~feelings, but please remember the rules:
It's okay to disagree with someone, but do it with respect, never question anyone's motives, and never personally criticize anyone.
