I am back up by about what I was down last week.
Moving in the right direction over time is more important than the specific amount. My high point so far this year was in March where I had been all the way back up to 140. When I look at my trend line for this year it is easy to see that I was trending up starting way back at the beginning of the year. Since hitting that high although I haven't lost a lot my trend line is more consistently down. That is what I am focusing on. If I am trending down then I know what I am doing is working and I just have to keep at it. If I am trending up I know I need to assess what I am doing and make changes. Although I weigh and record daily I don't really worry about what the actual numbers are just what my trend line is doing.

I don't have much of a trend line, it's just flat. But I have stayed down those couple of pounds for most of a month so I've been pretty happy. I've just had the munchies recently which was bad. It kindof coincided with a trip to Costco, sigh. Last week I tried paying my kid a dollar every time I slipped up on the idea that I hate spending money. Nope, I'd go broke. When I remember I take a Garcinia Cambogia pill sometime in the mornings, I may have to change that timing or up the dose but I do wonder just what it does as I think there is something to it.

When you get the munchies try drinking something instead. Or if you can chew gum. Sometimes we get our signals messed up and thirst can feel like hunger. Or it might be an emotional comfort thing and something like chewing gum or sucking on a hard candy will occupy your mouth and satisfy the need.

Another bad week. Not feeling good and am eating out of control. Up 2 lbs and just don't feel like cooking. Buy food and end up throwing it away. Argh!

Stardust......I've no experience of this route but have thought about it. There are companies that deliver to the door, 'diet' type ready meals. I wonder if these could work well for those of us who live, mostly, alone - because it takes the choice and hard work out if it and NO SHOPPING (far reduced temptation) and no real cooking (when i usually can't be bothered and have something snacky and calorific instead) May be more expensive but there would be no wasted food or impulse spending, to balance. Just a thought.

Well, so much for that. I'm up a pound and have managed to sprain or strain something in my left foot that now seems to be getting worse because I keep aggravating it. Going to have to try to stay off the feet as much as possible and be very careful how I'm placing my foot the rest of the time. Hoping I can stop stressing it enough for it to heal as I don't really have the option of staying home and off of it completely. :(

Staying about the same. Kid's getting better and it's almost summer, but I start a new job in July so stress will go up and I tend to stress eat, eek.
rihannsu, I've had foot issues several times and it's hard to know just what fixes them. I fixed what I thought was plantar faciatis by going barefoot in the house all winter. And I've had pains in the upper outside of my foot that I've gone to the doctor for with no results but fixed with manipulation and things like ankle rolling exercises. I hope you figure out what's going on with yours. Feet are no fun.

Sorry about your foot Rihannsu....just when you want to be active... i've lost a whole pound this week. Tried very hard and the incentive of the Venice trip to see QAL in Padua is very strong. i aimed for 20lbs in 20 weeks at the start of all this. So if I can lose 12lbs in the next 3.5 weeks, I'll be on target....

We ate out two nights in a row last weekend and that moved my numbers in the wrong direction. Thinking about going to Mesa Verde and the Anasazi ruins for vacation and the ruin I want to tour requires crawling through a tunnel and climbing about 40 feet of ladders. Not as much fun as an Adam concert
