Down a tiny bit - nearly 9 lbs since started Feb 3rd.... Average 1/2lb a week.....slow but steady. Going to keep going until end of year. Ducking out of this thread now but sending you all my very best wishes in this relentless battle.....

Completely forgot to check in. Up about half a pound. Been wearing my roommate's immobilizing boot when at home and it is definitely helping but unfortunately work every day sets me back a bit. So it's two steps forward and one step back so to speak. At least there is some improvement. Enough that I know if I could stay off it more it would heal so just have to keep trying to be super careful while working.

Forgot again but I'm not alone apparently, LOL. So today was thankfully the same as yesterday but up from last week and last month even though down from Tuesday. Jury rigged a walking boot to protect my foot better at work and wearing the medical walking boot at home hoping this will start getting better. Obviously not doing any walking for exercise. Think I've put on a bunch of mostly water weight though because although my weight is up my body fat % is down and body water % is up. It was nice to see this morning not be up compared to yesterday despite pigging out at Cici's Pizza last night.

Isn't pizza just the worst, of course we get the bake at home kind so it lasts for more than one day. I'm back up a bit. My vice right now is ice cream and poor man's hot fudge, ie Nutella. My DH is on a health kick right now and that helps because he's not cooking. So not doing terribly well on not fasting in the morning (got to use those eggs) but much smaller meals in the evening.

Down about a pound, but bouncing up and down daily. Struggling to eat better. I like to think some of the gain is increased muscle mass!! :D

I guess I'm not the only one forgetting to post. I have actually managed to be down for 2 weeks in a row! Down about a pound and a half this week. My daughter is moving this weekend so we will be packing a U-Haul and driving to Fairfax, VA. On the one hand I'll be getting a good bit of exercise with the packing and moving but on the other hand lots of fast food for the duration probably.

Alrighty, here I am. So I was down two weeks ago, up a bit last week, better today. What's new, lol. I am still taking the Garcinia Cambogia but it's when I remember and just one a day when the standard non-diet way is to take three a day (one before each meal). I think that even with just one a day I can tell which days I remember and which I don't. So I'm going to work on increasing that and start trying two a day.
My biggest problem tends to be stress, even minor stress eating. I need something to do, my mouth wants to crunch something (gum isn't doing it), and of course junk food doesn't require any preparation. So I've got to do better with prepping something else that has texture. I did have a lolipop the other day. I'll keep trying that for the after dinner sweetness I crave.
