Yay stardust! Great going. I'm down this week too. After missing a week due to my daughter's moving trip I was actually only up about half a pound last week so already coming back down from the high after the trip. Today I am down another 2 pounds from that!

So much for Wednesday. Congrats to you both on the numbers. This has been a good week for me. My ceiling number is 2 lbs below what used to be my floor number so the elevator is going down. Some notes from the main thread today that other people posted that I thought I'd add to our nutrition knowledge. Quinoa is high in protein-8 grams per cup. When you cook it with millet which is very mild flavored, it becomes much more palatable. Missed Wednesday but I was up again. Probably going to be up for a while as I am working so much I am eating out more given Michael isn't here cooking and often I just don't feel like dealing with it. Anyone following the saga on my roommate's transplant things are not going well. The organs are fine and functioning with no signs of rejection but she is having all kinds of other issues. For more detail you can read the updates on the gofundme page at www.gofundme.com/2b4qkb2cMy foot is still a problem although it is getting better but as it improves I get careless and end up putting too much pressure on it and then it bothers me more. Have discovered that tensing my foot aggravates it as well as letting my leg hang without support under the foot. Obviously since I can't stay off of it the healing process is going to be long and drawn out. I'll keep tracking and weighing and will try to remember to check in but I'm giving myself a holiday as far as expectations go and am not going to worry if I put on a few more pounds. I am confident enough in myself now that I know I can take it off again with just a little more diligence so I'll worry about it later.

Back up a bit for me. Chocolate is my downfall. And since I'm here in the off-topic pages I'm going to vent about fence people. Not those who have them but those who build them. I've had three fences built on this property and neither of them followed instructions. It's this is the way we do things, oh the manager didn't tell us, or the total of three bolts to undo constitutes taking down the fence and the next door neighbor, me, is too far away to come knock on my door for a clarification. And my DH is all , they know what they are doing, I can see from here, don't bother them, and when I finally drag him out by his heels to actually see it as it's too late says, if you were supposed to be in charge why didn't you do something about it.

Hi Guys!! Sorry I missed last week. I am doing better these days. Weight watchers and fitbit is helping. Fitbit buzzes me every 15-20 min and says move!! Hahaha!! I'm down about 4 lbs in last 2 weeks.

I dropped 5 from my starting point and then have plateaued. It's snacking that's bad. Up from my computer? get a snack. Go for a walk? get a snack I'm mentally undisciplined. Gotta work on my disincentives. Save
