Then what are you still doing without an Avi girl?...  I wish I know how to make one!  It's not as hard as you think! Download a picture to your computer (not a really big one). Square is the best. Go to the top of the page and click on profile. To the right you will see edit profile. Click on that and you will see a section to edit profile. Click on use upload link. To the right is a section that says Upload/Link. Click on that and it will take you to your computer. Click on the pic you want and it will upload unless it is too big. Go back to edit area and click save. PM me if you have a problem.  |

[ETA oops I see Stardust has already got it, and I'm pretty sure her instructions are better] I hope my explanation is correct: click on "profile", then on "edit profile", then on "Upload/Link Delete", and copy this: pbs.twimg.com/media/CrARJfSWEAEBfTo.jpgthen click on "save Avatar changes". The link above pbs.twimg.com/media/CrARJfSWEAEBfTo.jpg is supposed to generate this picture for your avi, if you're interested:  Hopefully it would work... |

I believe that these days, you can actually just use a URL straight from the internet and when you copy it into the Upload/Link box Proboards even sizes it for you. It will be narrow if the photo is narrow or wide if the photo is wide because dimensions are not changed, so if you want a perfectly square avi, start with a square photo or resize it yourself. |
