That's totally me and my sister. And I try REALLY hard not to do that, rarely mentioning Adam in conversation. :-/ It could also be my mom or other friends. They have no idea how much I bite my tongue in an effort not to do this. I should be getting Brownie points!!

Has there been a track listing for BfM yet? Are we just assuming Pop Goes the Camera will be on it? I thougth there was something - maybe via twitter or one of the band ustreams before that ended - where M said that Pop Goes the Camera was 100% Adam and he wasn't involved. If that is the case, how would scumbag Welsford have his hands on it? Am I remembering that wrong?

My sister is just as big an Adam fan as I am, and we spend tons of time ranting and raving about Adam. We went to our one concert together last year and scheme about next year, give each other Adam presents, etc. Really lucky. In other news, I love my Kindle. Got the $79 one. It is so easy to read on it -- I blow up the print and just clip along. I highly recommend it. I agree with what Rihannsu posted about Juneau & Xena's book. While not everything in the book is my cup of tea, they deserve kudos for what they have created. And ... as a writer, I just wanted to put in my perspective that there is absolutely nothing unethical about writing about a particular topic and "putting money in your pocket." In addition, I doubt very seriously J&X have made any real money. Truth be told they have probably lost money. If you think the music industry is screwed up, try publishing. It is almost impossible to make money from books these days. |

I bought a new handbag last week. It wasn't exactly the bag I wanted but when I saw it was a Giani Bernini bag I just couldn't resist buying it. Now every time I look at the GB logo on the front I secretly smile. My assistant at work noticed that I smiled when I picked up my bag and she asked me "what?" and I just told her I liked the bag. LOL this isn't the exact bag but very similar. Same logo.  |
