There have been so many reports from DJs and Station personnel about the response to Adam doing a showcase or a M&G or an interview. It must be real.

On my second listen to Chokehold, it reminded me so much of CV Chalice . I cant stop listening to it!
Surprised me..thought I would be obsessed with Cuckoo.

CUCKOO IS PERFECTION. LOVED IT FROM THE OPENING CHORDS. IT HAS SUCH A 80'S VIBE SO OF COURSE I LOVE IT. ALREADY LISTENING ON REPEAT. DED. DEEEEED. THIS HAS SMASH WRITTEN ALL OVER IT. Here was chunkey's post this morning but as a guest...  Missed her avi .... and humor...  BTW, cassie... where are you? Miss you, too... Hey, all. I am here temporarily. Visiting family and occupied 24/7. Can't get on the forum and hang out with y'all. Add to that I only have a slow Internet connection that makes it impossible to view the YTs of the new songs! Damn! Takes about two minutes to load five seconds. The computer and Internet connection time out before the whole thing can get loaded. Soooooo frustrating! I want to listen and squee and comment with the rest of you. I hope to be back on line with w faster connection by Monday. As for tommy vs Kevin guitar playing I CAN'T FRICKIN LOAD THE YTS TO LISTEN AND COMPARE. But, if it is tone you are talking about that is usually the result of the brand or type of guitar used and the amplification equipment. A tinny sound is not the result of how the guitar is strummed or plucked. It has to do wth the resonance of the instrument. So, perhaps you like Tommy's guitar better. To compare the two as musicians you would listen to the chords and harmonies, the sensitivity or emotion, the range of moods or sounds, and their ability to follow Adam's lead and play in support of how he interprets the songs. How do they compare? I miss y'all, miss hanging out with you. TTYL. |

Really late catching up and now new thread up ;D I love all three of the songs but Chokehold grabs me (pun intended)!! Driving into work this morning I was listening to Mix100 Denver and after WWFM finished playing, the DJ said ...wait for it ... "Adam visited a couple of weeks ago and they couldn't believe the fan response to the meet and greet ... Never seen anything like it and what a nice guy he is!" |

Gosh Adam was dead on about the Wolfgang Gartner/Daft Punk vibe for the songs. Cuckoo sounds so good, so incredibly catchy, I just can't help but dance. Cuckoo and Chokehold are my favorites. I haven't listened to Trespassing yet.

I like TJ's guitar "SOUND" better. I went back and listened to the Kid Kradick vid vesus today's vid etc etc and compared. That is what my ears were telling me.
