Random acts of kindness: I just wanted to take a few moments to tell ATopians how special and wonderful you are. Those who meticulously find and post news, videos and pictures. Those who respond when I am looking for some obscure Adam mention or clip and miraculously post it minutes later. Those who gently monitor the threads to make sure we are all playing nicely with one another. All those who DO play nicely with one another. The wealth of knowledge about diverse topics. The artistic talents. The snarky and hilarious senses of humor. The care and concerns expressed when a member goes missing, or shares a difficult time with the forum. The birthday wishes which make me feel special and remembered.
All those are examples of why I love coming to read ATop. But, it goes further than that. Members reach out to one another in REAL life. (I saw my first and only Adam live concert due to the encouragement of AToppers and the generosity of one who gave me a ticket.) Sharing tickets, rides, hotel rooms and experiences is common among AToppers. Personal messages, emails and phone calls have enriched my life. A member just generously agreed to share her art with me. Another sent me a gift from her country, just to say she cared. Just recently a member unbelievably agreed to help me out with a HUGE favor requiring a lot of her time, energy and inconvenience. I was desperate for help, but it seemed too much to ask. I finally did, tentatively, and she responded immediately and positively. (I won't embarrass you by mentioning your name, but, I am more grateful to you than I can possibly express.)
Thanks to each and every one of you for making ATop such a special place and being so wonderful and special to me! How is this related to Adam? Without him, none of this would ever have happened. What an inspiration. Oh, and he can SANG!

I just listened to the Mad in Heaven album last night for the first time. Loved it!!! And yes, the whole album seemed much more emotional and personal that previous albums. It always amazes me that a man dying of such a terrible disease could remain so positive and optimistic. It speaks to his character quite a bit in my mind. Beautiful sentiments. also OT: I caught myself being "shocked" to see a normal size and shape woman featured here. WHat does it say about the times we live in?: Agreed. I loved it myself. :D

It isn't from Idol. It is from "10 years of Ryan Seacrest" & I think it was on E! Duh! Thanks, mys*&@^#r!

True. And it must say something else that the man is old enough to be her father. Then the other couple, which I am clueless about, on the road looks like a grandfather and granddaughter.

I received my tickets to Atlantic City. I have the best seats, Section 104, Row BB, Seats 3 and 4. I will be able to watch Adam walk that runway. I am so excited. My heart is beating from excitement. Lord, let me live until July 26. I have my earplugs for both of us and even my dear husband can't wait to go. I think we both realize there is something historical about this tour, and we both want to be part of that history. Boardwalk Hall looks amazing. We were there several years ago when they started building it. Looking forward to seeing that building in person.
