Funny you should start this thread today. Very early this morning I started a new playlist. India Carney sang "Take Me to Church" and I was terribly disappointed. (Click on title) She sang the beginning of the song as one long run-on sentence she had to hurry and get through so she get to the big finish. I had to go back and listen to little Dan live those words. Yep! He still gives me goose bumps. Uhm..,my favorites near Adam are from probably the other world :D I'm in love with symphonic metal music and my favorite bands from this music gerne are Nightwish and Within Temptation. Fave songs: Nightwish : www.youtube.com/watch?v=pvkYwOJZONUWow, she can headbang! She has a great voice. I love the theatrics of the music, very dramatic and melodic...I dislike the stereotypical metal 'look' they have, but that just goes with that music, and we should always go beyond the look with music..From Finland? I'll try to check out the others when I have time..Thanks  |

Wow, she has amazing vocals. Ok, so she is Dutch. There some amazing female singers from Holland.. I really like Anneke van Giersbergen from The Gathering, well that's where I was introduced to her, she has moved on. Nightwish remind me, ever so slightly of Lacuna Coil, with their male/female vocals.
